Pros
Remote work setup (mostly). An all-women team (at the time of my employment) gave a unique work environment, with opportunities for growth and professional development. Perks include holiday celebrations, occasional gifts, health savings account, 401k, and monthly team bonding.
Cons
The work culture is toxic, characterized by micromanagement, verbal abuse, and a lack of appreciation from leadership. High turnover is common, driven by a negative work environment and dismissive treatment of employees. Management's constant urgency, blame games, and negativity create a stressful atmosphere. Over-transparency about company finances, as well as a "public shaming" style of addressing minor mistakes, led to a feeling of constant insecurity.
