      Pros

      Some of my workmates (consultants) when I was working there were really brilliant... although I don't know much about the actual team.

      Cons

      The company shows a public face as an inclusive and open company when the reality is just the opposite. Abuse of power by the management team, bullying, and macho culture —cases of harassment included, with actually no consequences at all.

      You can learn a lot really quickly and the nature of the job lets you try your hand in different kinds of projects.

      Cons

      There wasn't a clear growth path within the company, low salary, volatile environment. Overall not the kind of culture that invites you to spend many years there, hence high rotation
