      - You can bring any ideas to the table and execute them. - Full autonomy and great work-life balance. - Great place to discover and try new things you wouldn't easily do at larger companies - Very good vibes and fun to work at

      Cons

      - With autonomy comes a lot of responsibility, and that can be really challenging for some

      Pros

      Excellent internal culture, strong leadership, work remote Thursdays and great product. Ability to come up with new ideas and try them out regardless of your seniority. Great work life balance and respect for people's independence and ability to get their work done in or out of the office.

      Cons

      A true startup environment, which isn't for everyone. Autonomy is given at every level of the company, and if you need someone to look over your shoulder and tell you what to do and how to do it, this isn't the place for you.

      Pros

      Uncubed is headquartered in Chinatown - probably the last remaining thread of Old New York. Close-knit team. Elevator man. Fun product. Easy to get access to all aspects of the business.

      Cons

      If you can't find the office, just follow your nose. Eldridge Street is probably the smelliest streets in New York City.
