      The worst Pharma Company

      Literally none. This company is not a good stop to anyone’s carrier

      Cons

      The upper Management doesn’t care about people. Only cares about money, shouts and implements illegal actions. The products’ quality is majorly affected by her decisions. There’s no management tree, no HR, this is without any doubt the worst place to work to.

      toxic and harsh working environment, extreme micromanagement, problematic company culture mainly created by the "circle of trust" and senior employees

      New Facility technical knowledge and some technical advancement

      Cons

      Boss is making always changes, people are up/down according to her will. People do not have supervisors that know of the job or are qualified. Managers choose friends to work in the company no CV check up. Labor legislation is not taken into account and people work overtime according to the owner' s will.
