Pros
1. Fully Remote 2. Flexible Timings 3. No aggressive work pressure 4. Complete freedom and control to execute the project (Con for freshers and interns as they have no idea what they are doing)
Cons
If you are a fresher or a person transitioning into a designer because of a career switch, then this is a decent place to kick start your design journey. But if you are an experienced individual, you might find this company a step backward in your professional career. The director is too busy focusing on side businesses and hustles which is surprising because you expect the director to give all of his attention to his company. He is a cunning person who knows and understands the problems that his employees face but pretends as if he never knew about such problems. The company overall has no systematic way of working and is only functioning because UX and UI based work is in demand. The packages offered here are way below the industry standards and this is one of the biggest negative aspect of working for this company. The company contract itself is very ambiguous, it doesn't mention anything about bonuses or percentage of pay raise you would get. Few Other Cons: 1. Company uses mostly free resources and free subscriptions 2. Very few senior/ experienced employees 3. NO additional benefits such as bonuses, health insurance, internet bill compensation, etc 4. No laptop or PC is provided by company, you have to use personal hardware. 5. 2 months notice period (for only selected employees, where as other employees have only 1 month notice) 6. Experienced employees who leave the company are replaced by freshers and interns
