Cons
Poor management. Old school Sales methods with a history of extremely high turnover. The longest tenured RSM is < 2 yrs. You must play the game or ELSE. The VP works from home and manages out of a 1980s playbook. There is zero structure, zero guidance, zero onboarding. You are literally given a laptop and expected to figure it out. Stay away! Stay away! The corporate recruiter (consultant) he is in on the charade.
