We do understand that family takes precedence over work, and while we sincerely sympathize with the situation at hand, we also believe that training for a new position can be overwhelming when dealing with personal issues.
We like to do business with the utmost professionalism and do not believe in treating anyone in an unjust manner, but we are human! If there is an issue in the way we handle ourselves, we have an open-door policy and are more than willing to accept and utilize criticism to improve ourselves.
