      Pros

      Love brand products, Italian leader in chips.

      Cons

      Old company, based on principles and old stereotypes, unwilling to innovate in all offices. Management with poor leadership skills, competitive and hostile environment. Stressful work rhythms and hardly adequate wages. I would not recommend anyone to work for this company.

      Typical old-fashioned italian company No sharing of any kind of information between colleagues Hostile colleagues Non-existent management Non-existence of any kind of guidance by management An environment which seems to be extremely hostile to even a small amount of change or innovation Zero growing opportunities Unfriendly environment for young people
