The environment & people are somehow kind & also international.
Cons
Terribly old technologies, When they tell they work with C++, they mean C++ 98 and not even that, they just use C instead of C++ for every work. And that's the better side of work. There you need to deal with a horrible old fashioned language with the name again "Uniface" and its very retarded ide and framework.
