Worst. Employer. Ever.

Pros

You get to know your coworkers well being together 5-6 days a week and not able to leave for lunch!

Cons

Let me count the ways that this place is terrible to work for…they’re the type that “pizza parties” are an incentive for grown employees, instead of paying a livable wage. And eventually they took that away too! They say that you can meet bonuses but the criteria constantly changes and it’s hard to qualify. Every branch runs at bare bones minimum capacity- leaving people in unsafe conditions and even stretched to be able to go to the bathroom. Upper management is a circus. They hire mostly child bearing age women and don’t offer paid maternity leave. Long story short: run far away.

Pros

Health coverage was cheap but not great

Cons

Short staffed, horrible management and upper management, low branch morale, females are not promoted to upper management positions, lack of diversity, greedy bank mentality, will give accounts to anyone causing issues for workers and dealing with charge-offs, angry customers who can’t manage their bank accounts, and refunding fees. Low wages for “lower” employees while CEO and big shots get loaded. This whole company is a con.

Pros

The Incentives were the only decent thing.

Cons

Senior management is horrible. It’s more like a cult with the way they want you to live and breathe the “unified way” but only applies to front staff. Pay is below average. Threatened by hr if you don’t make your goals. All around a toxic work environment.
