UV paints a grand image to candidates but behind the scenes is a mess. Constant rebrands to avoid backlash from poor customer experiences. Culture: There is none. You'll go into the office 5 days per week, it's completely silent the entire time, and you'll be shunned if you consider leaving before 6 pm. It's odd and a little creepy tbh. Product: There is no clear product differentiation and they are operating in an extremely saturated space while competing against brands willing to invest in brand/marketing. Leadership: Don't expect clear communications from leadership or regular all hands. The company operates in silos and many employees don't know what's happening throughout the org.
