      great team and great culture

      Pros

      - good team bonding - people really care about each other - great work focus on work and everyone takes pride in pushing the best version of the work. - fast moving in decisions, slow in day to day operational execution

      Cons

      - a lot of changes have happened quite soon, almost feels like a complete new company : founders have more distance from everyone compared to earlier when it was literally six people.

      Fast paced development so learning but had high pressure to deliver things.

      Cons

      The management of the tech team was highly ineffective. The manager often displayed unprofessional behavior towards the engineers, frequently resorting to shouting and yelling. This created a toxic work environment that was detrimental to team morale and productivity.
