-The manager threatened to fire me because after my contracted hours I had other commitments and obligations -They hold the training fee over your head to prevent you from quitting -Witnessed others being made fun of due to a medical condition -Manager would talk badly about us to other colleagues in front of us -We were only allowed 20 mins breaks even when we worked long hours from 9am-10pm -The manager will not defend the staff under any circumstances even if the customers are being insulting -They take advantage of staff as this is most people's first proper job -The staff are condescending -They encourage you to climb the storage room without ladders in an unsafe manner -Terrible pay
