This office has such a great atmosphere. Upper management is super down to earth, easygoing and are all around nice people. They tell you clearly what they want and they don't micromanage you. They expect that you know what you're doing so lazy people or those who are winging it steer clear, but if you have a can-do attitude you won't have any problems.
