Pros

1.The ownership is in able hands which is a combination of two generations, father and son. The father is very humble and wise and the reason for this company standing out among the rest. 2. Low pay but the work is commensurate with the pay. Employees wont be overburdened with work.

Cons

1. Real loyal people are not trusted. 2. A lot of over ambitious 27-35 year old employees who are working in Unilog at mid-management level and have been employees of unilog since 5 years, but still are moles and over ambitious. These individuals act as information brokers for a slice to some top employees quit this company to start their own shops. Problem arises because they first backstab honest employees and hv d honest ones removed. These 6-7 employees are a group and will support eachother in case of allegations against one of them. 3. Recruitment process of a 250 crore company can be direct and without consultancy fees. HR policies need to be useful to employees, just an active HR calling up girls, or a column in co magazine where real problems are never shared won't make the HR dept active. 4.Somehow stop ur recruitment dept from calling girls and messaging them unnecessarily. Girls r too shy to complain openly but their parents may take action. HR recruitment dept is always the front face of a company and must be decent. Just celebrating women's day is not enough. Save ur guy before some women' s org get hold of him. 5.Its 2014, get rid of casteism atleast now. HRs Speaking coorgi language in interviews is not cool. Also pushing fwd coorgi speaking freshers is not cool because they are not in Coorg. 6.Admin dept ppl give access to certain employees to use admin rights on computers, using which ur employees do the most nefarious things. Do something before its too late. Unfortunately, ur vigilence ppl only need vigilence. 7.End casteism before ur company becomes a place for minority and tribals only.

Pros

There are absolutely no pros to working at this company.

Cons

Worst work culture and high unethical behavior. Manager and HR are happy to screw the employee career, even its there fault. Expect to work during weekend / holidays and day / late nights without any extra benefit than filling their own pockets with money.

Pros

Nothing as such. Only thing which I can consider as a pro is its in Mysore

Cons

*Weekly 6 days work. Even in those 6 days you might need to spend some night shifts. * Very less salary. Hike is a joke here. * you can expect calls midnight and ask you to come to office or work from where you are. * No respect to employees. Good hike and promotion if you prove you are good boot licker. * lot of people leaving company.Employee retention is very low.
