Poor management and ceo has no idea or ethics in regards to running a company
Toxic work culture - similiar to other reviews you will be verbally abused, given unachievable targets, belittled, unrewarded
High staff turnover - due to lack of management it’s no surprise staff leave or get fired over the smallest reasons
Overall, management is based on who the ceo likes not on competency, as such there is unfair treatment and clear favouritism. Certain staff can get away with things while less favourable staff are treated on separate terms. “HR” is also non existent, so don’t expect any flagged issues to be solved.
