Pros
They do not micro manage. A good amount of cases to learn and get experience, they would stock the fridge with milk for coffee. The main attorney was never in the office so he wasn’t someone to go to for work matters. There was one attorney that was nice and open to help the paralegals
Cons
The environment can become too open in a way where personal matters are asked.l in front of everyone. There was a time when the manager asked an attorney about his sexuality in front of everyone. I found that disrespectful and unprofessional. The main attorney was never in office so it was like you were working for someone that was never there and you didn’t know at all.
