Pros
A great business with an excellent brand and products. A unique and niche company with a good working environment and high work ethic and culture. Not too much red tape which is also unique.
Cons
If you are a career professional hoping for career development and growth, think twice. There is no leadership desire or strategic process in place to train, coach, develop or promote expertise. The exception are a favoured few who inexplicably get promoted even with little value delivered in their previous roles.
