      Bad Management; They mention that there is a care and great attention on your career, but most of the time you don't have any support provided by senior team members; The team is getting less experienced (people with more than 2 years of experience usually leave the company);

      Decent entry company Good growth if you are starting out

      Cons

      No freedom to talk to clients, everything is micromanaged Yearly reviews get purposly tweaked down by the manager Even if you get a good score they won't give you a promotion Too much enphasis on certofications and teambuilding with zero regards to the work you actually bring Huge difference in pay to unipartner in Portugal Your payroll doesn't keep up with minimum wage increases, and when it does, they use that as an excuse of fake promotion/help New members that join will enter with an invreased salary than a person thats been working there for a long time
