Benefits don’t begin until after 60 days, which is discouraging for new hires. Work-life balance is poor, and leadership prioritizes optics over people. The business strategy and practices feel outdated, with little alignment between stated goals and actual operations. Employees are often treated more like numbers than valued contributors.

Favortism and nepotism all over the company. Upper management has no idea what to do with the company, changes their mind 1000 times within a quarter. Benefit is really bad, pay is competing with bills. They fire people just because. Once I have to retract an offer from a candidate because "oh, nevermind, we don't want him anymore".
