      The ownership group in South Dakota had no interest in employees, only the bottom line.

      Pros

      The people in Shawnee are great to work with and have unlimited potential. Good benefits. The diversity of company products and services makes things easier to overcome a down economy.

      Cons

      If you start at the bottom your opportunity for moving up in the company is limited, not impossible. Pay is very low except for executive team. The parent company just installed a new management team that has no history or knowledge of the company.

      Pros

      Many of their employees work really hard and go above and beyond the call of duty every day.

      Cons

      The usual issues with people who bring drama to work. A lot of the revenue is dependent on the oil and gas market, which can fluctuate a lot and effect other non-oil related departments.
