Pros
The pay is decent, the benefits are instant, and the company seems to continue to grow.
Cons
There’s no HR at the office so you can’t really voice any concerns. There’s not adequate training so you’re expected to learn most of your job on your own. Coworkers don’t want to help you either. They give more work than a single person can healthily handle. I, as well as my previous coworkers, were consistently working over time and on the weekends, which management seems to have no problem with. They’re not shy to share their personal/political beliefs and you kind of just have to go with it. If you take a day off, it’s your own responsibility to makeup the work when you get back because coworkers will not assist you. For that reason, being sick gets you no sympathy. This company wants yes men who only do as they’re told and don’t care for their employee’s opinion unless you have seniority. I didn’t realize how bad my mental health was at this position until I moved onto my next position. This company only cares about profit. They say they care about their employees but their actions prove differently. Every time I wanted help from my supervisors, they’d often be traveling for work so it puts you in a difficult position with no one to help you. There’s a lot of finger pointing here, so they’re not really solution oriented. They’re a newer company so they don’t have the experience or the system in place to support its employees properly.
