      Pros

      I enjoy working at United Processing Association. The management structure is very good and the people are friendly and professional. My clients are great and nice to work with. They have benefits and days off too. I am making a career here!

      Pros

      Working at United Processing Association has been unlike any other company I have worked for, in the best way possible! I have never been part of an organization that truly cares about each other and works as a team to drive results. This is a winning company and if you want to be on the winning team than join United Processing Association. Best decision I have ever made. The environment is fun and you are rewarded plenty.

      My role can be challenging at times but the results and team make it so much fun.

      Pros

      United Processing Association treats their employees like we matter. They really do their best to listen to any employee feedback and implement changes to make our already great work environment, even better. My supervisors and my fellow employees are all really supportive especially when it comes to reaching our goals! I love the atmosphere/culture at UPA and I wish I started working here sooner.

      Cons

      This is a required field, so I'll fill it out. It's a very fast paced and goal driven job so if you're not up for a challenging yourself to do your best everyday, this may not be the job for you.
