A once good company ruined by Wannabe's and Deadwood

Pros

Average salaries, with good staff benefits. Good Performance & Development structure.

Cons

A mixture of those who have been there 20+ years who are stuck in their ways and unable to accept of deal with change who plan to remain until they receive severance, or die. Then you have the wannabe's who say yes to everyone above them and stamp over everyone else to get to the top. Work here if this is you, or you work in such a depressing environment already that you are used to being controlled like a slave.
