Great opportunity for advancement. Consistent leadership is somewhat kind and easygoing - this doesn't apply to the high attrition positions.
Cons
Some of management needs to be replaced. Their leaders were so much better back in the day of being privately ran.

Super pro - leadership not knowledgeable on US Employment Rights and the laws that govern within. Disservice to the Master and Doctorate degree.
