The "manager" here is a child who thinks he's a manager because he knows how to make a pivot table on microsoft excel. It's a little disturbing the lengths this office will go to in order to cut costs. They care about their bottom line and little else- they definitely don't care about the hard working home health aides who actually do all the work. All sorts of family members randomly get involved in work projects, which contributes to the problem because they keep lying to the manager that he's doing a good job. Comedy at its finest, basically. Constant gaslighting and finger pointing are the norm here. Pay and benefits are a joke. Stay away from this place, and tell everyone you know to stay away as well. Plenty of other home care agencies to choose from.
