The exposure to various aspects of project management has been beneficial.

1. Uncomfortable Work Environment: The work environment at UAS has been uncomfortable, adversely affecting my mental and physical well-being. Despite attempts to address the issues with management, the situation did not improve. 2. Challenges Balancing Health and Work: Managing personal health concerns alongside work responsibilities has been difficult. Balancing both aspects has become increasingly challenging and unsustainable. 3. Limited Autonomy and Growth Opportunities: As a project manager, I had hoped for more autonomy in decision-making and opportunities to work on projects aligned with my interests and skill set. Unfortunately, my expectations regarding growth within the company have not been met.
