      Pros

      Great learning curve - you hit the ground running and make a lot of really good connections. Increases skill sets fast

      Cons

      Pay rates are not competative. Not enough staff for the work load in the roles - expectations of work completions are unrealistic and causes errors that are unnecessary. There is a very distinct "boys club" attitude. If you are not part of it you will not be seen at all. It is a little family business that has grown very big very quickly and the processes and management systems are not coping. The staff turn over is extremely high
