Pros

No Positive advantages at all

Cons

The management is full of political people. They doesn’t know how to behave properly. They used to give slangs to the employees. There are no separate departments to raise your voice. Basically its a family business which is running by the power and money of Central Government. Doesn’t provide reallocation and travelling charges. Doesn’t provide experience letter after resigning. They even hold the salary of the employees.
