Long onboarding time for drivers 2-3 weeks before you actually start earning a paycheck. This is considered standard for them. No written job descriptions. For company this size with no written policies and procedures, it's unusual! Continually moving the goal post and asking more of employees without additional compensation. Technology poorly utilized or underutilized the technology in place. Lower level management is technology adverse. No real advancement opportunities.
No written or unwritten Open door policy or a way to take issues, ideas complaints higher than local regional management. If local management doesn't agree with you, your idea is dead.
