      Employees are rewarded on merit from performance and having the right “pack” behaviours of Universal Wolf. From having days off on your birthday; Bonus schemes; Personal development; Empowerment on change; Being part of a record breaking and award winning business; Recognition; The occasional perks of dish & chips to a day out paid for... for the whole work force when targets are broken as a team!

      The Fast engineering environment can sometimes seem overwhelming or disorganised; Competitive approach across all departments; High intensity of a sub-contract business expectations

      Power of the Pack

      Pros

      Universal Wolf follow through with their branding and company ethos. Not many companies can attest to this. I`ve only been with the business 8 weeks but I feel like I`ve been here much longer. Really friendly and supportive team. Live the values that they promote from top to bottom. I`m very happy and look forward to the years ahead.

      4 day working week great lads on the shop floor

      Cons

      unfair pay quantity over quality to high expectations from managers very pushy no care for staff on the shop floor
