      Lackluster Leadership

      Pros

      The school is larger and has many entering options for students. And there are some nice employees who work there.

      Cons

      The leadership team is not knowledgeable, they can be condescending, non supportive, and makes the team walk on eggshells. Employees are afraid to express themselves because of repercussions.

      Hybrid model, Many holidays we are off

      Cons

      The leadership is incredibly poor, they have no idea what they are doing and blame everyone else but themselves. They put the wrong people in the wrong positions. Salaries are very low and there is little to no growth. For as little as people are paid, they shouldn’t be worked this much.
