Where do I start? The lack of communication? The CEO acting like a dictator? Upper management bullying and berating people on a daily basis? It is all horrible. I have been in marketing for 5 years, and I have never in my life experienced such a toxic and horrible work environment. I was on the verge of a total mental breakdown just from the overload of work and the berating I received from Angela Mulrooney. I was not the only one to experience this either, it is across the board that people are treated like this. My advice to anyone applying or thinking of working for Unleashing Influence is run the other way, you will regret ever working here after your first day. The best thing on top of it all is that Angela only hires people as contractors, but treats them like they are her employees, so no one is protected by the labour board. It is pathetic.
