- Tight deadlines but I guess that is part of any successful startup!

Aggressive and highly talented sales and business development team.
Cons
Decision-making must quick and effective. Many lost client opportunities due to sales moving faster than engineering. Need to be more open-minded and react/adapt faster to market shifts.
