Pros

This used to be a good place to work. This year, a ton of good leaders have quit or been let go. This leaves behind the good old boys club and all the local yokles who look after each other. You'd be amazed by how many people that work here are related to one another. This place is going downhill fast. Whatever you do, go work somewhere else. Toxic leadership has ruined this place.

Cons

HR is a joke. Whatever you do, don't get on their radar or make a complaint against someone. If you do, you'll have a target on your back. I know someone who was harassed, and they did nothing about it. This place is woefully understaffed. They got rid of decent overtime/premium pay incentives. They are losing $ like water leaking out of a broken faucet.

Pros

Most of the people I work with are genuinely kind, dedicated to providing excellent patient care, and committed to doing the right thing. It’s a positive environment where I enjoy working alongside the vast majority of colleagues every day.

Cons

Ethical standards and organizational policies are not applied consistently. Instances of misconduct — including fraud, harassment, and abuse — have sometimes been overlooked without meaningful consequences, creating a significant cultural issue. Leadership accountability at the executive and board levels appears lacking, contributing to financial instability and a disengaged management structure. Compensation practices do not seem tied to performance outcomes, which has led to widespread disengagement among leadership and providers, ultimately impacting the quality of care the health system aspires to deliver.
