This is ZP, the founder of UpCode. There have been many negative reviews left on this Glassdoor page which are not true. I have ignored the comments, because I didn't want to get caught up in an argument with any unknown person on the internet. I know that I have always acted fairly and sacrificed a lot of effort for people on our team. I know that we are a strong and united team who care for each other. I believe in ignoring these damaging comments and that the truth will always come through, that the result speaks for itself.
This accusation that you made here is not true and it severely damages our integrity. Saying that we fake attendances have serious repercussions. We can get sued, forced to shut down the company and jailed. You are threatening to destroy the work that we as a team has spent the last year building. I firmly refute your accusation here.
At UpCode, we have always worked very hard to go the extra mile to teach students programming. We looked hard for instructors who are industry experts with years of experience so that we can give the best value to students. There're 7 instructors on the team who hold PhDs and 4 who held CTO or equivalent positions. Our students have given us an average rating of 88% for our courses. Despite a busy schedule, I'm the first to teach classes of new courses myself to make sure that it's good, before I pass the lesson plans and materials to other instructors. We sacrifice time, effort and resources to reiterate course works and lesson plans, even going the extra mile to tutor and do make up lessons at all hours for all our students. I take time and effort to maintain a high quality bar for the team, speaking to the team weekly, and do my best to mentor people. It saddens me to see this accusation. We have never faked a attendance.
When students come for our classes, we require them to scan and verify their fingerprints on a biometric machine. There are attendance records stored in that machine. On top of this, our Student Affairs officers also manually ask students to sign on a physical attendance sheet. These records are well tracked and stored, it's impossible to tamper with them.
To potential employees who are looking at this, I'm leaving the names of some members of the team here. If you have any doubts, you can contact any of them to find out more about our culture or their experiences working here. These are guys with many years of experience and well known in the local tech startup scene. Their reputation and credibility speaks for themselves.

To the team members of UpCode, I ask for help if you are reading this comment, to leave a review with your names if possible, to shed some light on our team culture for others to see, and to defend us against this accusation.
The company has 14 employees and 12 instructors now, who all depend on the company for their livelihood and career. Please take down this false accusation.
