- very organized, from onboarding to task management to communication everything is set up and utilized to enhance the remote workspace - growth mindset of team- everyone is willing to bring others in to share knowledge and expertise -respectful of employees time- clear hours of availability and good work-life balance
Cons
Fully remote- very few opportunities for in person collaboration, plus to some cons to others
