Pros
Lunch time was informative and very collaborative. Internal tools were great and give a sense of stability when deploying to back-end. Colleagues were super and supportive. We had really great lunch hours.
Cons
Remote development and office hours were not very US friendly. For some reason, one of my colleagues always ran out of paper clips :)
