Working here has been a great experience so far. The small and focused team setup really stands out—it creates a sense of closeness and allows everyone to contribute meaningfully. Because we’re a smaller team, there’s a lot of opportunity to wear multiple hats, which I personally enjoy as it keeps things dynamic and exciting. Autonomy is a big deal here too; I’ve been trusted with the freedom to take ownership of my work, which fosters a strong sense of purpose and responsibility.
Cons
If you’re someone who prefers a more structured, corporate environment, this may not be the right fit. Things can move quickly, and roles can overlap at times, which might feel overwhelming if you’re not comfortable adapting. Also, because it’s a small team, there’s no opportunity to "hide in the crowd”—everyone’s contributions stand out (which may be either a pro or a con, depending on your perspective!).
