Pros
Nobody cares anymore. Some good people work there.
Cons
Senior management are a bunch of crooked losers. Steal commissions from salesmen. VP and one of the directors are drunks. CEO only gives promotions to his college buddies (regardless of incompetence or lack of professionalism). Your directors and managers will almost certainly bash you behind your back to other employees. Director of development will bash virtuallly anyone to anyone willing to listen. Pay is below industry standards. Equipment is below industry standards.
