Pros

Growing company, promotes cross training

Cons

Fancy food in fast food environment. Not good for hours you need to work 2 jobs to live favors young inexperienced workers. No clear chain of command they promote everyone to "lead" It's like being in highschool with bullies and "popular kids" Doesn't seem to enforce it's own standards
