Long days with ZERO pay for all of the drive time. Pay is based on small % of each job revenue so calculated hourly with the hours on the road, a technician makes fast-food wages. History of laying people off without notice or a reason/explanation. They do not pay the hard-earned outstanding PTO the employees work so hard for if they are let go. Very cheap company when it comes to its employees.

They like and don't tell you everyone starts with a 2nd shift that sometimes is out to 10pm - 10:30. We had multiple days where the service didn't start until after 9:30pm. They are very deceptive. They didn't tell me it was 6 days a week and Saturdays were required. Sometimes easily 10 - 12 hours a day. No overtime. Just a flat rate of 125 per day. I got to routes and my first day I worked 12 hours and still didn't get all my work done. Some houses are huge mansions and you only make $13.75 ($125 production value @ 11 percent,)
