      You would come out from this company as a better person and learn how to treat your colleagues and employees.

      Cons

      - If you never had a prior experience of slavery, you can join this company. Owners of this company thinks they own the employees and treat them pathetically. - If you wanna know the disregard for promises and commitments, join here. They do not have even an iota of morals and ethics. - if you want to totally wreak havoc in your work-life balance, this is the best place to be. - If you wanna loose your peace of mind, happily join here. HRs here are only a subservient to management and never listen to employees. - If you wanna loose your financial stability, try this company. If you are lucky, you will get salary in time.

      I don't see any pros.

      Don't expect much from this small company and from it's immature management, I did worked with them for more than a year and literally had to fight with them for the salary each month. Company is in very BAD SITUATION FINANCIALLY and will never pay you a single penny unless their client pays them if you are outsourced, so you might have to wait for 6 months or more also on your own. If they ask you to purchase airline ticket we will reimburse, NEVER TRUST, ask them to share it. I WONDER how they managed to add these DECEPTIVE comments in here, read the positive comments given, you will get the idea.

      - If you are jobless, then only go ahead join and search for new opportunities.

      Cons

      - No documentation, don't ask for any hard copy because you will never get. - Salaries delays without any reason, never got a single salary on time. Max delay i faced was 3 months. - Management is not trustworthy and do so many wrong commitments, for EOSB I had to involve government authorities to get. - Management is ready to fight each time if you ask for your salary / documents.
