      Terrible Management

      Pros

      Smart, mission driven teammates who consistently deliver under pressure.

      Cons

      Chronic 50–70 hrs weekly treated as the norm, “crunch” is continuous, not exceptional. Compensation below market for the workload, recognition is non- existence. Moving goalposts and last-minute pivots create rework and quality. Leadership narrative implies the tech team “isn’t working hard enough” and constantly micro managing which is demoralizing with constant audit.

      Underpaid, Undervalued, Overworked - Dysfunctional Workplace

      Nice coworkers, good people to work with.

      Cons

      Leadership undervalues staff consistently, offers low salaries, expects long hours, expects way more from people than they should without recognizing or acknowledging people's effort. They give you a framework for deliverables, then change it midway through and consistently try to get people to work for less. Employee turnover is constant. People quit and get fired often. Extremely unhealthy environment to work in.

      Get to work when I want. Pick the shifts I want. Great passengers. Get people home safe from the bar. Friendly dispatchers Great fellow drivers

      Some passengers can be annoying when drunk.
