Working at Urrly has been a refreshing and fulfilling experience, completely different from my previous roles in recruitment. Honestly, none so far. As with any company, there may be areas for growth in the future as the business evolves, but at this stage I haven’t encountered any real drawbacks. My experience has been overwhelmingly positive, and I truly appreciate being part of a company that values both its people and its mission.
