Good salary, good pension, annual leave and sick pay
Cons
No career progression, ruled by fear and bullying tactics, do as I say not as I do manager mentality, no flexibility (unless you are a manager), zero staff morale, only there for the pay which is sad because it's a union and staff should be encouraged to get involved in the union movement but nobody cares. All they care about is keeping the feeling of fear alive and well
