Pros

- There's work life balance because culture is chill (too chill for my liking though) - Diverse team

Cons

- Higher management consists of people who are family members - HMO was part of the package but it took 1 year before I got mine - There are 4 ways they track you and it's 3x too many; 1.) A weekly timesheet 2.) Hello and goodbye chats 3.) Punch in/punch out via google forms 4.) Jira log work - On top of these they were encouraging us to create a group chat and share our updates every end of day - Culture is toxic (1): it is too lax, some takes days to finish quick tasks, and the quality of the output were poor. I was not proud of the work I did here. - Culture is toxic (2): Filipino team members are racist to our Indian team mates
