The leadership team is committed to growing and developing our team. We acknowledge that the project flow can be intense and that a fast-paced consulting environment is not for everyone. As a growing company, URI strives to maintain a positive company culture, meeting the demands of consulting work can be stressful and it's true that working at URI may not be for everyone.
