Company vehicle, gas card, semi flexible schedule, all the overtime you could ever want
Cons
Pay well below industry standards, unrealistic expectations of employees, no weekends off, 60+ hours a week, on call coverage 24 hours a day, poor quality health insurance, no room for advancement
Some of the people you work with are awesome. Having a work vehicle and phone and computer.
Cons
High expectations with very little to no reward. The higher ups make a non stressful job stressful with all the pressure they put on you. If you don't keep track of your own hours and double check them against your pay stub they will most likely short you. They have unrealistic expectations. State compliances are not followed by upper management. They just care about the money.
