      Terrible place to work

      Pros

      The team environment is amazing, but they only keep you entertained to retain you.

      Cons

      You are hired as an independent contractor, but in reality you are their slave. The managing director swears at you on a daily basis. The commission is terrible as you only ever see at most 70% of it. Road trips cost more than you make in commissions.

      Pros

      engagement and talking with all kinds of people -makes u very good at communication

      Cons

      -only commission based stressful and very little /nothing pay if you dont make sales -waking up at 5 am and working till 6 and at the end earning near to nothing -dont risk it if you need a stable income -very mentally and physically draining
